P03 BYOD: Rise 360, from Basic to Beyond

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM PT
Monday, October 24

Articulate 360 contains a variety of tools for an eLearning developer to choose from. But like any toolbox, having the tools is just the beginning. The problem with having great tools at hand is knowing how to determine which tool is right for the job, and more importantly, how to use it well.

In this session you’ll take a deep look into one of the more popular tools in the eLearning suite: Rise 360. Through hands-on exercises you’ll explore examples of responsive courses built using Rise 360. And, using either provided placeholder content or your own content, you will build a course in Rise 360 while learning all aspects of the tool. We’ll explore each of the lesson and block types in order to make an interactive, responsive online experience. In addition, we’ll examine best practices for taking your Rise 360 courses to the next level by creating and adding custom design elements. By the end of the session you’ll know how to effectively use Rise 360 to create a great experience for your learners.

In this session, you will:

  • Design and build a complete responsive training module in Rise 360
  • Navigate through the content library for stunning course assets
  • Modify the new professional content templates for your use
  • Learn to enhance Rise 360 with the addition of Storyline 360 blocks
  • Learn to publish a course for Review 360 or export it to an LMS
  • Create stunning assets to customize the look and feel of your Rise 360 course
  • Combine lesson blocks to design unique templates and effects
