Courtney Cordova is obsessed with discovering new effective ways organizations can reach, train, and increase the proficiency of front line workers. Her background includes a mix of retail operations and talent development. Courtney currently works at Whole Foods Market as the global executive leader of learning & development. Her passion for helping others achieve their goals led her to attain her CPTD in 2016. She was included in the 2022 OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 Learning & Development Professionals and was named a Top 5 Emerging Training Leader by Training Magazine in 2015.

Mike Parks

Mike Parks joined Inkling as CEO from Fortive, an American diversified industrial technology company, where he served as the vice president of IoT strategy. His responsibilities included leading commercial teams, new product development, engineering, and strategic partnerships working across Fortive’s operating companies on the development and execution of their digital transformation and IoT initiatives. Mike has an extensive background in technology and SaaS-based solutions, having joined Fortive through the acquisition of Accruent in 2018. He served as the general manager of Accruent’s retail business post-Accruent’s acquisition of Verisae in 2016. During his time at Verisae, Mike led solution engineering, account management, professional services, and managed services.
