This session introduces the AI integration matrix—a strategic framework that maps traditional ADDIE phases against three levels of interaction: collaborating with AI (ideation), delegating to AI (automation), and creating with AI (strategic partnership). We'll shift from passive analysis to active hypothesis testing, explore rapid-prototyping to protect quality, and design evaluations that measure return on expectations (ROE). We will apply the framework to real L&D scenarios and use interactive Slido polling to identify common workflow bottlenecks and drive collaborative problem-solving.
