412: The HP Blueprint: Scaling High-Stakes Performance with Agentic Workflows

November 5, 2026 10:00 am - 11:30 am

As organizations race to implement AI, many L&D leaders struggle to move beyond simple chatbots to agentic workflows—autonomous systems that can schedule, summarize, and coach. The gap arises due to the lack of a structured architectural blueprint that aligns AI capabilities with organizational talent goals and change readiness.

Drawing on my experience leading Global L&D Strategy at HP Inc., this session moves participants from AI theory to architectural execution as we explore the "HP Blueprint" for AI-integrated talent management, focusing on how to design workflows that enhance—not replace—the human element in performance conversations. You will use a strategic workflow canvas to architect a custom agentic solution for your organization. Through peer-review "sprints" and guided logic mapping, you will define AI triggers, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and scaling milestones.

In this session, you will learn to:

  • Architect an agentic workflow: Map a multistep AI process (from scheduling to coaching summaries) tailored to your organization’s specific talent needs
  • Define the value proposition: Develop a business case and KPI framework to secure executive buy-in and multimillion-dollar budget alignment
  • Create a scalable pilot plan: Identify a high-impact pilot group and apply ADKAR change management principles to ensure sustainable global adoption

This session moves beyond theoretical awareness of AI and into the structural execution of complex, multistep agentic systems. Attendees must be able to map technical capabilities to organizational change strategies (ADKAR/Prosci).
