Pamela Gutman is an IT Trainer and Learning Consultant at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. A self-described learning nerd and tech-speak translator, she designs interactive learning experiences that blend gamification, scenario-based design, and emerging technologies. Her work includes large-scale onboarding games, AI-supported design workflows, and rapid prototyping approaches that help teams move from idea to implementation faster. Pamela specializes in making complex technical concepts accessible, practical, and occasionally even fun. She holds master’s degrees in Technology in Education and Instructional Design and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership.
