Cara Fox, CPTD, SPHR, is the founder of ZenFox Solutions, a leadership development consultancy based in Anchorage, Alaska. With 25+ years in talent management and over 10 spent designing and delivering talent development programs across aviation, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and Alaska Native Corporation subsidiaries, Cara specializes in building programs where behavior actually changes. She created the Zen Leader framework, integrating grounding and awareness practices with practical leadership development, and recently designed and facilitated Alaska's first AI-powered leadership simulation program in partnership with SimsolaAI. A returning DevLearn/Learning Leaders Conference speaker, Cara holds dual degrees in Psychology and Economics from the University of Rochester.
