An Atlanta native, Colleen Cote has a BA and MEd from Boston College and has built a career in corporate learning and development. Over the last 15 years, she has focused on  expanding the capacity of internal employee development for multiple organizations. Colleen has developed content as an instructional designer, consulted on learning initiatives and objectives as well as designed technical solutions to achieve measurable outcomes. She is currently the Client Success Partner at 360Learning working with clients in North America and Asia Pacific.  She specializes in helping clients effectively utilize technology to achieve their corporate objectives and develop their Learning and Development maturity as an organization.
