Brad Mitchell, Ed.D., is a senior instructional designer and educator with more than 15 years of experience in instructional media, learning design, and digital pedagogy. He currently designs continuing education experiences for ISC2 and previously led a multi‑campus design team at the University of Missouri. Brad’s background spans instructional media production, media and strategic communication education, and research in media literacy, giving him a unique perspective on how media shapes learning. He has produced award‑winning instructional content, facilitated workshops on media and learning, and presented nationally on instructional design, gamification, and multimedia learning.
