I am an enthusiastic L&D Director with more than a decade of experience designing high‑impact learning strategies for global clients. My background as a Certified Translator and professor sparked my passion for learning and led me into Instructional Design, where I’ve collaborated with corporations, universities, and international organizations. I’ve presented at major events including DevLearn (2019, 2022 DemoFest winner, 2024), ATD 2022, Learning Technologies 2020, AFPM 2024, the CLO Exchange, the Articuland Summit 2025, and ATD 2026. Today, as Global Learning and Development Director, I lead multidisciplinary teams and drive innovation to create learning experiences that inspire growth and unlock human potential.
