Pam Lee is a senior learning and capability leader with over 25 years of experience designing learning systems that connect strategy to real work. She is a Senior Learning Officer at the World Bank Group, where she works on enterprise learning standards, leadership capability, and knowledge-to-action initiatives supporting organizational transformation. Previously, Pam spent more than two decades at McKinsey & Company leading global learning and capability-building efforts. She is a long-time Learning Guild speaker, known for facilitating candid, peer-level conversations that surface the tradeoffs and leadership decisions behind effective learning systems.
