Kim Brisky, MSML, BSHA, RN, ODCP, is an Organizational Development Consultant at Cleveland Clinic’s Global Leadership and Learning Institute. After beginning her career in clinical roles, she transitioned into Learning and Organizational Development, where she supports caregivers worldwide through onboarding, coaching, team and leader development. Kim co-leads the Career Journeys online community, advancing internal mobility and engagement through digital learning and career growth strategies.
