Erin Asare is founder of Divinely Shine Consulting Inc., a Calgary-based learning and leadership strategy firm, with more than twenty years building enterprise learning functions in complex organizations. She led the City of Calgary's mandatory training transformation, identifying approximately 3.2 million dollars in annual savings, and is currently rebuilding the City's leadership portfolio spanning individual contributors through executives. Previously she built ATCO's enterprise learning Centre of Expertise for more than five thousand employees and centralized learning globally at Parkland Fuel. Erin designs learning systems that automate what should scale and protect what must stay human.
