Dr. Jessica Briskin is a Professor of Instructional Design and Technology at Commonwealth University, Bloomsburg, specializing in learning design and development. She teaches graduate courses that integrate AI tools to enhance both the learning experience and the instructional design process. As a published author, her research focuses on the transformative role of AI in creating efficient, scalable, and personalized learning environments that meet the ever-evolving needs of learners. Dr. Briskin regularly consults with government, academic, and corporate organizations, delivering training solutions that foster innovation and improve learning.  She has lead several projects to create VR including one with a large pharmasuetical firm. She speaks around the world on topics related to the design, development, and delivery of online instruction.
