Dr. Jessica Briskin is a professor of Instructional Design and Technology at Commonwealth University, Bloomsburg, specializing in learning design, instructional technology, and workforce development. Dr. Briskin teaches graduate-level courses in adult learning theory, eLearning authoring, and graphic design.
