Ben Love is a customer education leader with more than 13 years in B2B SaaS, and currently leads Jupiter Learning. He has led customer education programs spanning global mobility, adtech and enterprise advertising software, with a common thread of helping complex products become teachable, scalable skills for customers, partners and internal teams. His work includes building academies, onboarding journeys, certification programs and AI-powered content pipelines.

Ben began his career as a qualified secondary school teacher and became Head of Music Technology at a school in Surrey. He has applied his classroom grounding to customer learning ever since. He lives in Kent, England, where he spends his spare time trail running and looking after a small flock of runner ducks. Ben sits on the CEdMA board as Marketing Director.
