Lauren Weinstein helps talent and learning leaders navigate AI workforce transformation as part of Microsoft's global skilling organization. She has an Ed.D. in organizational learning and leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Microsoft, she held roles in L&D, leadership development, executive search, and management consulting at Degreed, Raffa-Marcum, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, and Accenture. 

 

She is the co-author of The Empowered Job Search: Build a New Mindset and Get a Great Job in an Unpredictable World and the author of Coaching is Calling: A Guide to Coach Training Programs and Professional Career Paths.
