Amy Vinci, EdD, is the Senior Manager of Education and Learning Technology at the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA), where she leads initiatives to enhance continuing education and optimize the LMS experience for thousands of members nationwide.  Before joining ADHA, Amy spent six years as a Senior Instructional Designer for the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) in Washington, DC, where she specialized in leadership development and diversity and inclusion training programs. Amy has a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and E-Learning and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Technology.
