Becky Goldberg is a Learning Analyst and Educational Technologist with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of instructional design and learning data. She served as xAPI Implementation Lead at Travelers Insurance, one of the first large-scale enterprise xAPI deployments in the insurance industry, and has built learning measurement strategies for enterprise programs spanning multiple delivery modalities and audiences. Becky brings a practitioner's perspective to learning analytics — grounded in real organizational challenges, real data, and a genuine belief that the L&D industry is capable of far more than it currently demands of itself. She is passionate about helping learning professionals move from ad hoc reporting to intentional, defensible measurement strategies that connect learning to organizational outcomes.
