She served as xAPI Implementation Lead at Travelers, one of the first enterprise xAPI deployments in the insurance industry, and continues to drive learning analytics strategy at scale. Becky brings a practitioner's perspective to learning analytics — grounded in real organizational challenges, data, and a genuine belief that the L&D industry is capable of far more than it currently demands of itself.
