In this session, you’ll see how one team applied structured prompts using their approved AI tool to generate real outputs. Watch how they pass a set of exam questions through an AI-powered question auditing and grading tool, automate their marketing and promotion function, and transform content into LMS-ready formats. 

Participants will receive a curated set of reusable prompts and workflows and will leave with completed outputs they can immediately apply to their own projects. 

In this session, you will learn:

• How to write a prompt that audits and refines a set of 3–5 exam questions
• How to convert raw assessment content into a structured, LMS-ready exam question format
• To draft a complete course launch kit, including description and promotional copy

This session is designed for instructional designers who are familiar with the ADDIE model and have basic experience using AI tools (e.g., entering prompts and iterating on responses). No advanced technical skills are required, but attendees should be comfortable experimenting with AI-generated outputs during hands-on activities.
