Amy Vujanich is a seasoned Customer and Partner Education leader with more than two decades of experience designing and scaling learning programs for complex technical products.

With a deeply held learner-first philosophy, Amy is known for creating clear, engaging, and even joyful learning experiences in the academies that she’s built. She frequently speaks at industry conferences on the evolving role of customer education and the strategic impact of well-aligned content ecosystems.

Amy leads a global team of instructional designers and content developers at Boomi, where she focuses on creating technical training and certifications. She also serves on the CEdMA Board as Membership Trustee, helping to foster industry connections and support the growth of customer education practitioners worldwide.
