Amanda Archer is currently the Director of Learning Experience at Advocate Health. She has been at Advocate Health for 9 years where she has led teams in Learning Experience, Learning Technology, and Leadership Development. Amanda has been in the Learning space for over 19 years, starting as a facilitator and Instructional Designer and then becoming a learning leader. Amanda's Learning Experience team was nominated and received the OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 Learning and Development teams in 2025, and she received the Top 50 OnCon Learning and Development Professional Award in 2025 & 2026. Her team also was awarded a silver Brandon Hall award for Best Learning Governance in 2025.
