Mustapha Salaudeen is an early-career learning technologist and experience designer with a background in multimedia design and a track record of building capability across multinational organisations. He has supported workforce learning at Sky and delivered freelance projects through Upskill Universe, including work with Google-powered initiatives, designing experiences that span instructional design, digital learning, and performance support.

Beyond client work, Mustapha is an active contributor to the broader L&D community. As a volunteer with AI for Global Education (AIGE), a UK-based charity, he has contributed to AI literacy programs across 14 countries. His independent project, Listening Trivia, is an AI-enabled listening skills assessment game incorporating Gemini API and ElevenLabs, recognised for advancing conversations around formative assessment and the role of AI in supporting learning.

Mustapha is a published author whose work has appeared in the Learning Guild and Bootcamp on Medium, covering topics including the gamification of skills assessment and the future of AI-enabled learning design. His writing reflects a commitment to pushing practice forward rather than simply documenting it. He holds an MA in Design from Teesside University and is an Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design. He is currently exploring doctoral research in AI-mediated assessment and learning analytics in higher education, connecting his practitioner work, his independent building, and his longer-term contribution to the field.
