703: 8 Ideas in 60 Minutes: Fresh Perspectives Across the Learning Landscape
Join us to hear from emerging voices in learning as members of our Thirty Under 30 cohort take on some of L&D’s most persistent challenges. In this fast-paced session, cohort members deliver short presentations spanning eight DevLearn tracks, addressing topics ranging from AI and learning data to leadership, change, hybrid design, and development workflows.
Each presenter pairs a real challenge with an inventive, practical response. Discover how to make change conversations more productive, design tools people will actually use, turn belief in employees into meaningful opportunity, and replace unnecessary training with performance support. You’ll also explore how design systems can free teams for higher-value work, AI can transform content maintenance, learning modalities can work together as one experience, and richer interaction data can produce more useful feedback.
You'll meet:
- Aaron Barlin — The 6 Change Languages: What Is Said Determines What Changes
- Allegra Robinson — 1 Goal, 3 Failures: Designing a Tool People Will Use
- Flor Wainbarg — Keep Content Current with AI-Powered Updates
- Kelyn Melendez — Believe, Bet, Back: Turn Potential into Performance
- Maryam Mullenix — Don’t Teach It; Build It: Your LMS as a Tool-Building Platform
- Mustapha Salaudeen — Beyond Pass/Fail: Design for Richer Learning Data
- Naomi Thomas — Engagement Across Modalities: Creating Cohesive Hybrid Learning
- Tal Castillo — Build Once, Create More: A Design Systems Approach
Join us for a rapid tour of ideas from across the field—and leave with practical questions, frameworks, and approaches you can adapt to your own work.
