Allegra Robinson is a Learning & Development Specialist at Northern Bank, building the systems behind how people learn, lead, and grow. She owns Northern Bank's enterprise onboarding program, its internal trainer development initiative, and partners with leaders to support performance through change efforts and everyday behavioral challenges.

Allegra believes ADHD is one of her biggest superpowers in L&D — it's where her creativity, empathy, and love for a good challenge come from. Accessibility is a core principle in her work because the ideal, focused learner we often design for is rarely the learner who shows up. Real learners are distracted, busy, and overloaded. The challenge is designing for that.

She's also built a reusable AI-coaching engine that turns conversation into tailored, standards-aligned guidance, and is now helping other L&D leaders build their own.
