Allegra Robinson is a Learning & Development Specialist at Northern Bank, where she designs human-centered systems that make success clearer, easier, and more accessible for new hires and managers alike. A career pivoter from restaurant management, Allegra brings an operator's instinct for real-world friction to every learning solution she builds, asking not just "what should we teach?" but "what's actually getting in the way?"

In less than a year at Northern Bank, Allegra built and owns enterprise onboarding and an internal trainer development program. Recent notable projects have focused on retail onboarding redesign, manager enablement, and learning systems infrastructure. Her work sits at the intersection of behavior change, performance consulting, and organizational design.

Allegra is an ATD Power Member with active involvement in the Greater Boston, Central Massachusetts, and Rhode Island chapters. She was a speaker for the Learning Guild's AI & Learning Design Online Conference and has submitted proposals to lead sessions for ATD chapters and conferences.
