I believe in the power of a true “lightbulb moment”—the kind of learning experience that changes how someone thinks, works, or succeeds. I’ve seen it firsthand as both a facilitator and a learner, and it continues to drive my work today.
My transition into people and program management allowed me to design and scale education programs that not only engage and delight learners, but also deliver measurable business value. I’m a strong advocate for customer education as a growth driver—proving that it can go far beyond a cost center to become a strategic asset for any organization.
