Kelyn Melendez is a Business Technology Partner at LANGE Shared Services for LANGE Family Companies, where she supports enterprise transformation initiatives, cross-functional process improvement, and ERP implementation efforts across multiple companies. Her work focuses on bridging operational, technical, and people-centered challenges to help teams adapt to large-scale organizational change.

Prior to joining LANGE, Kelyn worked at Fidelity Bank, where she facilitated professional development programs, supported leadership and employee learning initiatives, and was nominated for NextGen Under 30 Kansas. She has led training sessions for employees across departments ranging from executive leadership to IT, finance, and operations, with a strong emphasis on communication, inclusion, and continuous growth.

As a first-generation Latina, Kelyn is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported in learning, development, and leadership. She has spoken to students and professional audiences about resilience, confidence, and personal growth, and served on the committee for the Discover You mentorship program, where she helped guide and support emerging professionals.  Kelyn is committed to lifelong learning and believes meaningful transformation happens when technology, leadership, and human connection work together.
