Kelyn Melendez is the Founder of Kardessa Group, where she develops technology-driven ventures focused on improving the way people, processes, and systems work together. She also serves as Manager of Manufacturing Innovation at Automation-Plus, leading initiatives across continuous improvement, advanced manufacturing, digital transformation, and emerging technology. Her work focuses on bridging operational, technical, and people-centered challenges to help organizations build more effective systems and navigate meaningful change.

Prior to founding Kardessa Group, Kelyn worked across business technology, learning and development, operations, and process improvement. At Fidelity Bank, she facilitated professional development programs, supported leadership and employee learning initiatives, and was recognized as a NextGen Under 30 Kansas honoree. She has led training sessions for employees across departments ranging from executive leadership to IT, finance, and operations, with a strong emphasis on communication, inclusion, and continuous growth.

As a first-generation Latina, Kelyn is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported in learning, development, and leadership. She has spoken to students and professional audiences about resilience, confidence, and personal growth, and served on the committee for the Discover You mentorship program, where she helped guide and support emerging professionals. Kelyn is committed to lifelong learning and believes meaningful transformation happens when technology, leadership, and human connection work together.
