Wendy Swain-Owens, M.Ed, is the Director of Human Capital Management at Robroy Industries, a family-owned leader in the electrical products market since 1905. With more than 30 years of human resources and organizational development leadership experience, Wendy oversees talent development, employee engagement, culture building, and strategic workforce planning across Robroy’s multi-site manufacturing operations. She is an Advanced Certified Birkman Consultant and holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Training Management from Idaho State University. Wendy led the organizational strategy behind Robroy’s enterprise AI adoption initiative.
