Christa Novelli has over 20 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development, having worked across the full spectrum of roles, from Trainer and Instructional Designer to senior L&D leader. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Training & Development at Array Behavioral Care. Throughout her career, Christa has built and scaled multiple L&D departments, developed and executed enterprise learning strategies, implemented learning management systems, and led and mentored instructional design teams. Her work is grounded in practical, business‑focused learning design and informed by firsthand experience applying AI within corporate learning environments.
