Stephanie Spinapolice is a manager of leadership learning with BAE Systems with over 15 years of experience creating a variety of courses and cohort-based learning experiences. Previously, she led innovative learning solutions and managed programs as a human capital consultant. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ithaca College and master’s degree in instructional systems from Penn State University. She has researched team-based training, publishing her findings in academic journals. Outside of work, she's often cheering on her sons at soccer games or volunteering with Scouting America.
