Tiffany Renee Temple is a strategy, organizational effectiveness, learning, and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build workforce capability and turn strategy into action. At NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, she leads work across strategic planning, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, continuous improvement, leadership development, and workforce innovation.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has focused on moving learning beyond traditional training and connecting development to real business challenges. Her work has included building enterprise learning strategies, career and leadership development programs, employee-led continuous improvement models, and change strategies for large-scale technology and organizational transformations.

Her approach combines learning, change, and organizational strategy to create experiences where employees build capability while doing meaningful work. At JPL, this approach helped create an employee-led improvement model that contributed to the modernization of more than 50 business processes while developing employees' leadership, problem-solving, and change capabilities.
