Jay Kolbenson is Director of Learning at Docebo, where he leads Customer Education across Docebo University, events, certification programs, and go-to-market strategy for AI product launches. He also advises enterprise clients on learning strategy, skills-based organizations, and the effective deployment of learning technology. Jay spent the first 25 years of his career as an L&D practitioner, with experience spanning LMS administration, instructional design, simulation development, GxP/regulatory training, and global learning leadership across semiconductor, government and defense, industrial, and life sciences organizations. With a background in Information Technology and a decade as a Docebo customer—including leading the validation of an enterprise LMS to ISO 13485 standards at Thermo Fisher Scientific—he brings a unique perspective on both building and deploying enterprise learning technology.
