At Uber, I lead Central Enablement & Transformation within Global Support Operations, where I shape how strategy translates into frontline performance across a complex global ecosystem. My remit spans agent workflows, learning and capability development, quality and performance, enablement technology, and the operating systems that connect them.

My work focuses on moving beyond traditional learning models toward integrated performance enablement — embedding AI, simulation, digital adoption, and real-time guidance into the flow of work. I’m particularly passionate about how AI is reshaping the relationship between people, technology, and work, and how organizations must evolve their capabilities and operating models in response.

I partner with leaders across Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience to design scalable solutions that improve workforce proficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
