Heather Seaton brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries, including 17 years with The Hanover Insurance Group. Throughout her tenure in Business Learning & Development, she has held many positions in training delivery, instructional design, content management, and people management. Currently tasked with building and leading a new function within Business L&D, this new learning operations focused team is responsible for strategic planning & execution; learning measurement, data analysis & reporting; vendor management; technology support & innovation; and knowledge management. She is passionate about helping others show up as their best selves and creating the conditions for success.
