Exhibitor & EAC Access Hours:

Access to Expo Hall will only be permitted to badged exhibitors (employees of the exhibiting company) and approved EAC staff (who have been authorized by the exhibiting company and properly registered through the GES EAC site and submitted all required insurance documents). Please note that EAC staff will not be granted access outside of their approved hours below, so budgets and scheduling should be planned accordingly.

Move In / Set Up – for 20×20 and larger booths only Monday, October 23
  • Exhibitor & EAC Access for Set-Up ISLAND BOOTHS ONLY (400sqft+): 11am-5pm
  • Service Desks Open: 11am-5pm
Move In / Set Up – for all size booths Tuesday, October 24
  • Exhibitor & EAC Access for Set-Up All Booths: 8am-6pm
  • Service Desks Open: 8am-6pm
  • 5pm: All booths should be set & all empty freight tagged and labeled for removal.
  • 6pm: All EAC staff must exit show floor

IMPORTANT: Badged exhibitor staff who experience set up issues and need to stay on the show floor after 6pm must see the Exhibit Hall Manager on-site for a late pass before 5pm. Please note that no EAC personnel will be granted late passes, so plan your set-up crew staffing accordingly. All EAC staff must exit the hall by 6pm. Please note that late passes will only be granted to exhibitor personnel for urgent issues and there is no in-and-out access after 6pm.
Exhibitor Access Wednesday, October 25
  • Exhibitor Access to Expo Hall: 8am-6:30pm
  • EAC Access to Expo Hall: 8-10am (EAC staff needing access to the Expo Hall after 10am must be issued an Exhibitor Staff Badge from the booth allotment)
  • Service Desks Open: 8am-6pm
Exhibitor Access and Exhibitor Move Out Thursday, October 26
  • Exhibitor Access to Expo Hall: 8am-8pm
  • EAC Access to Expo Hall: 8-10am & 3-8pm (EAC staff needing access to the Expo Hall after 10am or before 3pm must be issued an Exhibitor Staff Badge from the booth allotment)
  • Service Desks Open: 8am-8pm
  •      8pm: All booths must be dismantled, freight packed, MHAs turned in.
