Below is a list of tasks and important due dates that will assist you as you plan for your participation at DevLearn. Please refer back to this list of deadlines or add them to your calendar to ensure the success of this partnership.

Exhibit Staff Registration is Now Closed

All exhibitors have been notified via email of exhibit staff registration details, please do not use attendee registration on the DevLearn website, thank you.

Exhibiting Company must register their intent to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) by this date. Must be completed by the authorized Exhibitor HERE.

Once the exhibitor completes this step, the EAC must complete a required registration process and submit mandatory insurance information. All EAC registrations and COI documents must be completed/submitted to GES no later than September 29

Note: EACs are third-party contractors used to set up and dismantle booths. Exhibitors who use GES are not required to go through this EAC registration process.

Conference and expo area WiFi is used by attendees and exhibitors. You can order dedicated service for your exhibit space should your demos be internet-dependent.

Lead Retrieval Discount Deadline

Reminder: attendee lists are not provided to exhibitors, and attendee lists are not for sale. Lead Retrieval is your best opportunity to gather attendee information. IMPORTANT: offers to sell you an attendee list are a scam.

MOVE-IN SCHEDULE:

Monday, October 23: (Island booths ONLY)

  • Exhibiting Company Staff – 11am-5pm
  • EAC Staff – 11am-5pm

Tuesday, October 24:

  • Exhibiting Company Staff – 8am-6pm
  • EAC Staff – 8am-6pm

IMPORTANT: 

  • EAC staff will not be permitted to work outside of these hours on either day. Plan scheduling accordingly.
  • All crates & cartons must be tagged with empty labels for removal by 5pm on Tuesday.
  • All booths should be set by 5pm on Tuesday. Fine-tuning is permitted until 6pm on Tuesday and from 8-10am on Wednesday. Full set-up is not permitted on opening day.
  • Badged exhibitor staff may request a late pass on Tuesday to deal with urgent tech issues, but absolutely no access after 6pm.
  • Companies experiencing show site arrival and/or move-in issues should email the Expo Hall Manager HERE
